Refund Policy

We want your team to love SnapGamez. If something isn't right with your purchase, here's how refunds work.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your team gallery purchase, provided that:

  • your team's first game of the season has not yet occurred, and
  • fewer than 100 photos or clips have been uploaded to the gallery.

After either of those conditions is no longer met, the season pass is considered "in use" and no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Mid-Season

Because each season pass is delivered immediately and used across many games, we generally do not offer refunds once games have been played and media has been uploaded. If the Service experienced a material outage that prevented your team from using the gallery, contact us and we will work with you in good faith — including a partial or full refund where appropriate.

3. Duplicate or Mistaken Charges

If you were billed twice or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full upon verification.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us using the address on our Contact page with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law (for example, EU/UK statutory rights). Where local law gives you broader rights, those rights apply.
